With over a decade of experience, Executive Chef Jonathan Solis is the culinary expert manning our Sheraton Los Angeles San Gabriel kitchen. Jonathan earned his degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of New England in 2006 and has worked for Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach and the Four Seasons in Boston.

A certified sommelier in the Court of Master Sommeliers, Sierrah Gonzalez leads the wine program at our EST. Prime Steakhouse. A Los Angeles native, Sierrah is currently a Level 2 Sommelier student and works alongside our expert team and chefs to create an unforgettable wine experience for both wine enthusiasts and novices.
